Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans sometimes change at the last minute. As a courtesy to your stylist and other guests, we do kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us better accommodate all clients and continue providing a high level of service and availability. We require 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment or we will imply a 50% fee. If you no show your appointment , we will charge your card 100%.
